The XCEL Infiniti Mitten 5mm gloves are probably the warmest surf gloves you can find. By having all 4 fingers together, the warmth of your hand is more easily maintained.
Seams are sealed on the ouside. The inside is made of QuickDry neoprene. There is a non-slip layer to improve handling.
