The “+” on O’Neill wetsuits indicates an extra 0.5 mm thickness. For example, an O’Neill 4/3+ wetsuit has a 4.5 mm torso and 3.5 mm limbs. A 4/3 mm suit has a 4 mm torso and 3 mm arms and legs.
