Teccel (Cell's Technology) is the first polyurethane blank manufacturer in Brazil’s North/Northeast region. Founded in 1992, the brand was created to meet local demand at a time when there was a shortage of quantity and quality in surf blanks.

The factory uses the same technology as Surfblanks Australia, with which it maintains a close partnership.

Today, Teccel leads the Brazilian market for polyurethane blanks, fulfilling all national demand and exporting to countries such as Portugal, France, USA, Peru, Chile, Spain, and Uruguay.
