The LOST COBRA KILLER surfboard is a special collaboration between Matt Biolos and The "Son Of Cobra" (Paul Lefevre, formerly The LuckyBastards).
"Son of Cobra" (Paul Lefevre) is world‑renowned for his ResinWorks art, but Paul is equally skilled in the craft of shaping. Matt Biolos has been saying for years that Paul may be the most talented and naturally gifted board builder he has ever worked with.
The Cobra Killer is, above all, a postmodern twin fin. Designed with Paul’s unique, extremely deep double concave which, combined with the QuiverKiller, gives rise to a board that generates a lot of speed and allows for more radical turns and maneuvers. It is made exclusively as a twin.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a "Son of Cobra" project without some extra flair and fantasy. The COBRA KILLER is built with two dark wood stringers in the center. Their dimensions and the 1/2" spacing between them are designed to allow flex while reducing unwanted twist and torsion.
