The Lost DRIVER 3.0 surfboard is the result of three years of subtle, consistent refinements to the Driver 2.0, in collaboration with LOST’s elite surfers. Since the launch of the Driver 2.0 in 2019, the LOST team has been constantly pushing its evolution, always seeking a competitive edge against the best surfers in the world. This board represents a methodological step forward in the evolution of its predecessor, to the point that it is no longer the same model.
Unveiled to the public at the 2022 Stab In The Dark with Jack Robinson, where they almost took the win, this refined design has established itself as something special. Every top-level surfer working with LOST considered it the best board in their quiver, standing out especially in Griffin Colapinto’s victories at the WCT events in Portugal and El Salvador. The DRIVER 3.0 is a direct replica of Griffin’s magic board from that El Salvador event.
With more tail rocker and a deeper concave from the back half, the DRIVER 3.0 offers more lift, speed, and the ability to perform tight turns. The narrower outline between the feet adds stability, while the wide round tail provides confidence under the back foot, with a final tuning that delivers control in demanding waves.
The design also incorporates more volume in the front, which improves float and responsiveness in frontside maneuvers. The DRIVER 3.0 is thicker along the stringer, increasing paddling power and drive, but the V-deck pulls volume out and finishes in a moderate, forgiving rail.
This board has been developed with the guidance, testing, and feedback of the world’s best surfers, proven on the biggest stage of professional surfing, yet with enough versatility to be a key part of any advanced surfer’s quiver.
PU Construction:
LOST boards are manufactured in the Basque Country by the Olatu factory, owner of the Pukas brand, which also produces for the prestigious Al Merrick Channel Islands label. Polyurethane foam core, Silmar polyester resin, and Hexcel fiberglass, along with an exceptional finish.
Paint and tinted resin options:
The board can be customized according to the designs shown on the website lostsurfboards.net. If you want a special design, choose the appropriate option and, in the "Customize your product" tab, indicate the design reference and the desired colors.
Custom dimensions:
You can customize this board with the length, width, and thickness you want. To do so, select the "Custom" option in the size drop-down menu and indicate the desired dimensions in the "Customize your product" tab.
