The pre shape model 12 now available with a high fusion EPS foam. The polystyrene balls are so thin that they are not noticeable, the board will be perfectly smooth and uniform.
This model is perfect for making a hybrid surfboard for summer waves. With a flat rocker and a wide point shifted forward, it is a perfect shape for small waves. It is recommended to ride a quad.
We make the pre shape with a 4-axis CNC machine of last generation, which also shapes the edges.
No worry for the shipping! Pre shape come well packed in a cardboard box, with bubble, polystyrene reinforcement in the bottom, deck, and edges, to prevent any damage. And if something happens, your pre shape come with a full insurance already included in the price of the shipping.
