The pre shape model 1 now available with a high fusion EPS foam. The polystyrene balls are so thin that they are not noticeable, the board will be perfectly smooth and uniform.
The pre-shape model 1 is perfect to build an hybrid surfboard. It's a tri fin surfboard very versatile, which starts early in the wave, fun and easy to surf. It is a shape that works very well in small waves, providing a very good maneuverability.
We make the pre shape with a 4-axis CNC machine of last generation, which also shapes the edges.
You can choose in the drop-down menu a standard size, or a custom size, by specifying then in the tab "Customize your Product" the width, Thickness, and Length of the pre-shape.
No worry for the shipping! Pre shape come well packed in a cardboard box, with bubble, polystyrene reinforcement in the bottom, deck, and edges, to prevent any damage. And if something happens, your pre shape come with a full insurance already included in the price of the shipping.
