Payment methods

1. Payment by credit card VISA or MASTERCARD

The most commonly used payment method. The transaction is carried out through the Redsys payment platform, guaranteeing a 100% secure transaction. All datas are encrypted directly to Ibercaja Bank for maximum security.

To make a credit card payment, the system will ask for the following information:

- credit card number

- Expiration date

- The name and surname of the cardholder

- The security code of the card (the last 3 digits on the back of the card)

It is common for the bank issuing the card to request a security key, often sent by SMS to the cardholder or via a coordinate system, as an extra security measure. If you do not have these codes or you are not used to these security measures, we advise you to contact your bank directly.

2. Payment by bank transfer

The bank transfer is an ideal payment method for those who do not wish to facilitate their bank details on the Internet.

If you choose this payment method, you will receive an email with our bank details, account number, IBAN, etc ... We will confirm you by email once we have received the payment. Bank transfers normally take 1 day to arrive if they are made from Spain, between 1 and 3 days from other European countries. We will not ship your order until the payment have been confirmed.

Purchased products will however be reserved for you for 5 days. After this time, we will have to cancel the order in order to "release" the products ordered.

3. Payment via PayPal

For customers with a PayPal account, PayPal is a secure and fast way to pay. You will be redirected to a secure page owned by PayPal to complete the transaction, and PayPal will notify us of the payment instantly.
