1. Tips from real surfers

We are passionate surfers and bodyboarders, always trying new products, and looking for the way to spend the maximum time possible in the water. Our experience allows us to analyze your needs, in order to offer the most suitable material for your specific needs.

We transmit our knowledge in our blog, with articles and videos to understand every detail of surfing, bodyboarding and building surfboards.

2. Stock in real time

We are transparent about the availability of our products, which is updated in real time. The quantity of each product is managed automatically, in such a way that if only one product remains in stock, and you buy it from us, the availability of this product will automatically become "Sold out". Or, if you try to buy more units than what is in stock, we warn you.Just above the price of the product, we indicate:«In stock»: product in stock in our warehouse for immediate shipment «Manufacturing time: 4-6 weeks»: product available on request, which will be made to measure for you «See sizes available»: we depend on the stock of our supplier, consult us «Temporarily out of stock»: product not available for sale at the moment.

3. Shipping on the same day, collected twice a day

Our carriers collects twice a day, SENDING at 16.30 and GLS/ASM at 17h30. We make sure that all orders made before 4.00 pm are shipped on the same day. And if you make your order a little after 13.00 pm and you are in a hurry, please contact us, we will try to ship it in the day.

For deliveries in Spain, your package will be delivered within 24 hours, between 3 and 5 days for Europe depending of the country. Our carrier will send you a tracking link to follow you parcel. If you see that your package is delayed, please contact us, we will do everything is possible to resolve the potential issues.

4. Special Packaging

It seems silly, but it is not. To provide a 4 stars service, it is essential to design a packaging according to the type of product. We have boxes specially designed for bodyboard, blanks and surfboards. For small products, we pack them in such a way that they cannot move inside the box, so that they arrive in perfect condition.

5. Real reviews from real customers

All the reviews you see on our website, both about the service in general and about products, are reviews from real customers who have purchased the product in our store. We can try every product we well, but like this you have a feed back from our customers about the products, so that you can choose with more datas.

All the comments are collected by a third party company, Verified Reviews, which guarantee the authenticity of the reviews and ratings. If you place an order, then will invite you to evaluate the service in general, and the products that you have purchased.

6. Follow the status of your orders

At each stage of your order we will inform you by mail. Our carrier we will send you a link with which you can track your parcel.

10. Best price guarantee

We always seek to offer you the best prices, if you find the same product cheaper in another online store (price of product + shipping), please contact us, we will try to adjust our price.

11. Security of your personal data and  transactions

You will see in the address bar of your browser a padlock, with a url starting with https, the “S” as “Security”. This means that we have a security certificate, which encrypts the data exchanges between your computer and our servers.

When you pay by credit card, you make this directly through the payment platform of the bank Ibercaja, using one of the more secure POS on the market, your data will not  pass through our servers.
