1. Order

You can order from our website (24/24, 7/7).

2. Prices

For customers registered in a country that belongs to the European Union, all prices include VAT.

For customers registered in a country that does not belong to the European Union, VAT will not be charged. Customs charges and import taxes must be paid at destination by the recipient of the merchandise.

For registered customers and residents of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, VAT will not be charged, and they must indicate their ID or NIE next to their name and surname. Customs charges and import taxes must be paid at destination by the recipient of the merchandise.

The user has the right to receive the invoice in paper format for free. If the user wants to receive the invoice in electronic format, they can request it via email to

3. Shipping cost

The amount of shipping costs is reflected in the cart, and it changes as you add or remove products. If you are not registered on the web, shipping costs are calculated based on a shipment in Spain. We recommend that users create an account with their delivery address, to see the final prices of both the products and the shipping costs.

Shipping costs are free in the following cases:

- Order over € 99 (surfboards and foam excluded) with delivery to the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal, islands excluded)

- Order of surfboards over € 199 with delivery in mainland Spain.

- Order over € 149 (surfboards and foam excluded) with delivery in France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium (islands excluded).

In any other case, the shipping costs are from € 4.50, depending on the products purchased, the quantity, the carrier chosen, and the shipping location.

We have the following carriers to make the shipment:

- GLS, MRW and UPS: for the countries of the European Union.

- UPS: for shipments outside the European Union

- DACHSER: for bulky items in Spain

- DACHSER: for bulky items in Europe.

- Correos: for small items to the Canary Islands.

- Rhenus: for bulky items in the Canary Islands.

4. Delivery times

Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. (UTC +1) and containing products in stock, are shipped the same day (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Malilla, one weekly departure, on Friday),

Delivery times depend on the delivery area and may vary depending on the carrier chosen:

- United Kingdom: delivery 2-3 business days, 5-10 working days for surfboards and other large packages

- Mainland Spain: next business day delivery

      Balearic Islands: 3-4 business days

      Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla: 5-15 business days

- Portugal: delivery 48 working hours

- Other countries: delivery 2-4 business days

If for any reason the delivery time should be longer, Mundo-Surf will notify its customer within 48 hours after ordering, giving him the opportunity to cancel his order and obtain a full refund.

5. Insurance

All shipments are insured against breakage, damage, and loss.

- In case of visible damage:

The customer must specify to the carrier that the packaging shows visible damage that may have deteriorated the product. These damages on the packaging must be noted and signed at the time of delivery.

- In case of non-visible damage:

Although the packaging is in perfect condition, it is possible that the product may have suffered some damage during transport. When receiving the parcel, the customer must always write down and sign "PENDING REVIEW".

In case of damage, the client must notify as soon as possible, by filling in the following claim form:

If these requirements are not met, the insurance company may reject the claim.

6. Products availability

Under our motto "Real-time stock," we commit to providing you with accurate and up-to-date information on the availability of the products you see on the website. Availability and delivery times are updated in real-time based on orders, incoming goods, holidays, or carrier delivery times for each geographical area.

If, due to any human or technical error, a product is not available within the specified time frame, you will automatically receive an email notifying you. We will contact you to offer:

  • an exchange for a product of equal or superior characteristics

  • or inform you of the new delivery time

  • or offer a refund

8. Returns and Waranty Satisfied or Money Back

If for any reason you wish to return an item, you have a period of one hundred (100) days from receipt of the product to assert your right of withdrawal, without any penalty.

If the product has been returned (based on the date of shipment of the package by the customer) within 14 days after receipt of the order, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded, that is, the price of the product plus shipping costs, if you return the entire order, or the amount of the returned product (s) if you return a part of your order.

If the product has been returned (based on the date of shipment of the package by the client) after 14 days after receipt of the order, a purchase voucher will be issued with 6 months of validity, of the amount total purchase, that is, the price of the product plus shipping costs, if you return the entire order, or the amount of the returned product (s) if you return a part of your order.

Padang-Padang SL will proceed with the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly requested another payment method, and as long as the consumer does not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. However, if the consumer is the one who returns the good, we may retain the refund depending on which condition of the following is met first:

- Until receiving the goods or

- Until the consumer presents proof of return of the good.

Once it has been verified that the product is in good condition, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid using the same method you used for payment. You will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The buyer will be responsible for the direct return cost of the product.

In case of return of a product due to a mistake of Mundo-Surf, the cost of the return will be payd by Mundo-Surf.

Customized Products, such as pre-shaped foams or surfboards, must be paid at the time of the order, and can be returned only in case of manufacturing defect or non-compliance.

9. Products warranty

All the products we sell have a guarantee of 3 years from delivery. The user must inform of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it, using the following form:

Defective products we will repaired, changed or refund at no cost to the buyer.

Defects caused by negligence, shock, improper use, or normal wear and tear, will not be covered under the warranty.
