2. Prices

All prices include taxes except for customers who have registered with a shipping address from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Switzerland. These customers must provide their DNI or NIE. Custom fees and local tax must be paid by customers at time of delivery to the carrier. 

Professional clients located in the EU benefit from duty free sales if they provide their european tax id.

3. Shipping cost

The amount of the shipping costs is indicated in real time in the basket, and evolves as and when products are added to it, and according to the address of delivery filled. For customers who are not connected to a customer account, the shipping costs indicated in the basket will be calculated on the basis of a delivery in UK.

The shipping costs vary from € 8.90 to € 150 depending on the products ordered, the quantity, the mode of transport chosen, and the delivery address.

We work with the following suppliers for our shipments:

- GLS, for space-saving goods. They will make 2 home delivery attempts, then drop the package in the relay point closest to your home. From the start of our warehouse, they will send you the information necessary to follow your package.

- GEFCO and TRANSNATUR, for large shipments such as surfboards and foam buns.

4. Delivery times

Orders made before 1:00 pm and containing products in stock will be shipped during the day, in order to guarantee delivery within 2 to 3 days in UK.

For other destinations, delivery times are as follows:

- Europe: between 1 and 6 days

- Rest of the world outside the European Union: between 3 and 30 days

If for any reason the delivery time should be longer, Mundo-Surf will notify its customer within 48 hours after ordering, giving him the opportunity to cancel his order and obtain a full refund.

5. Insurance is responsible for the delivery in good condition of the goods shipped. In case of damage, the customer must inform as soon as possible after the receipt of the goods, by sending an email to [email protected] describing the damage suffered. We recommamd illustrating with photos, in order to allow us to make the relevant claims to the carrier.

6. Products availability

Through our slogan "Stock in real time", we are committed to providing accurate and up-to-date information on product availability. Product availability is updated in real time based on sales orders and merchandise receipts.

Some products, including some surfboards because of the almost infinite number of options available, are not in our physical stock but are available for sale, because they will be built according to the options chosen.

If because of an error on our part the product is out of stock, an automatic email will be sent instantly after the finalization of the order, in order to inform the customer. Subsequently, Mundo-Surf will contact the customer to confirm the delivery time, leaving the customer the choice to confirm or cancel his order.

7. Payment methods offer 3 different payment methods:

- By PayPal

- Wire Transfer

8. Returns and Waranty Satisfied or Money Back

The deadline to return an item is one hundred (100) natural days from the date of receipt of the product(s), giving right to a full refund. This means that Mundo-Surf will refund the amount of returned items plus shipping costs in case of returning the entire order, or the amount of the item returned if this item was ordered with other products not returned. The customer can notify his decision to cancel the order through a declaration of intention, sent for example by email. He can use the following model:

After checking the good condition of the returned products, Mundo-Surf will refund the amount paid using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase.

The offer "free return" is valid for orders paid by Paypal and for customers who have activated the service on their Paypal account at the following address:

Paypal will reimburse the cost of returns according to the terms and conditions of the Paypal return refund service.

For orders not paid by Paypal or for customers who have not activated the service on their PayPal account, the return costs will be payed by the buyer. We recommend using the services of Packlink, which provides a door-to-door service and at very competitive rates:

In case of return of a product due to a mistake of Mundo-Surf, the cost of the return will be payd by Mundo-Surf.

Customized Products, such as pre-shaped foams or surfboards, must be paid at the time of the order, and can be returned only in case of manufacturing defect or non-compliance.

9. Products warranty

Mundo-Surf will guarantee defects of conformity which appear within a period of 2 years as from the delivery of the product. The customer will have to inform Mundo-Surf by Email to [email protected], explaining the defect and illustrating it with pictures.

Defective products we will repaired, changed or refund at no cost to the buyer.

Defects caused by negligence, shock, improper use, or normal wear and tear, will not be covered under the warranty.
