2. Prices

For customers registered in a country that belongs to the European Union, all prices include VAT.

For customers registered in a country that does not belong to the European Union, VAT will not be charged. Customs charges and import taxes must be paid at destination by the recipient of the merchandise.


For registered customers and residents of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, VAT will not be charged, and they must indicate their ID or NIE next to their name and surname. Customs charges and import taxes must be paid at destination by the recipient of the merchandise.

3. Shipping cost

The amount of shipping costs is reflected in the cart, and it changes as you add or remove products. If you are not registered on the web, shipping costs are calculated based on a shipment in Spain. We recommend that users create an account with their delivery address, to see the final prices of both the products and the shipping costs.

Shipping costs are free in the following cases:

- Order over € 99 (surfboards and foam excluded) with delivery to the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal, islands excluded)

- Order of surfboards over € 199 with delivery in mainland Spain.

- Order over € 149 (surfboards and foam excluded) with delivery in France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium (islands excluded).

In any other case, the shipping costs are from € 4.50, depending on the products purchased, the quantity, the carrier chosen, and the shipping location.

We have the following carriers to make the shipment:


- GLS, MRW and UPS: for the countries of the European Union.

- UPS: for shipments outside the European Union

- DB SCHENKER: for bulky items in Spain

- GEFCO: for bulky items in Europe.


- Correos: for small items to the Canary Islands.


- Rhenus: for bulky items in the Canary Islands.

4. Delivery times

Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. (Spain time, UTC +1) and containing products in stock, are shipped the same day (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Malilla, one weekly departure, on Friday),

Delivery times depend on the delivery area and may vary depending on the carrier chosen:

- United Kingdom: delivery 2-3 business days

- Mainland Spain: next business day delivery


      Balearic Islands: 3-4 business days


      Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla: 5-15 business days

- Portugal: delivery 48 working hours


- Other countries: delivery 2-4 business days

If for any reason the delivery time should be longer, Mundo-Surf will notify its customer within 48 hours after ordering, giving him the opportunity to cancel his order and obtain a full refund.

5. Insurance

All shipments are insured against breakage, damage, and loss.

- In case of visible damage:

The customer must specify to the carrier that the packaging shows visible damage that may have deteriorated the product. These damages on the packaging must be noted and signed at the time of delivery.

- In case of non-visible damage:

Although the packaging is in perfect condition, it is possible that the product may have suffered some damage during transport. When receiving the parcel, the customer must always write down and sign "PENDING REVIEW".

In case of damage, the client must notify Mundo-surf.com as soon as possible, by filling in the following claim form:

If these requirements are not met, the insurance company may reject the claim. In this case, Mundo-Surf will not be responsible for the damages produced.

6. Products availability

Through our slogan "Stock in real time", we are committed to providing accurate and up-to-date information on product availability. Product availability is updated in real time based on sales orders and merchandise receipts.

Some products, including some surfboards because of the almost infinite number of options available, are not in our physical stock but are available for sale, because they will be built according to the options chosen.

If because of an error on our part the product is out of stock, an automatic email will be sent instantly after the finalization of the order, in order to inform the customer. Subsequently, Mundo-Surf will contact the customer to confirm the delivery time, leaving the customer the choice to confirm or cancel his order.

7. Payment methods

Mundo-surf.com offer 3 different payment methods:

- By credit card VISA or MASTERCARD

- By PayPal

- Wire Transfer

8. Returns and Waranty Satisfied or Money Back

The deadline to return an item is one hundred (100) natural days from the date of receipt of the product(s), giving right to a full refund. This means that Mundo-Surf will refund the amount of returned items plus shipping costs in case of returning the entire order, or the amount of the item returned if this item was ordered with other products not returned. For discounted products, this period is thirty (30) days. The item must be returned in perfect condition, with the first name, last name and order number at the following address:

The customer can notify his decision to cancel the order through a declaration of intention, sent for example by email. He can use the following model:

After checking the good condition of the returned products, Mundo-Surf will refund the amount paid using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase.

The offer "free return" is valid for orders paid by Paypal and for customers who have activated the service on their Paypal account at the following address: https://www.paypal.com/gb/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns

Paypal will reimburse the cost of returns according to the terms and conditions of the Paypal return refund service.

For orders not paid by Paypal or for customers who have not activated the service on their PayPal account, the return costs will be payed by the buyer. We recommend using the services of Packlink, which provides a door-to-door service and at very competitive rates: www.packlink.com

In case of return of a product due to a mistake of Mundo-Surf, the cost of the return will be payd by Mundo-Surf.

Customized Products, such as pre-shaped foams or surfboards, must be paid at the time of the order, and can be returned only in case of manufacturing defect or non-compliance.


9. Products warranty

All the products we sell have a guarantee of 2 years from delivery. The user must inform Mundo-Surf.com of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it, using the following form:

Defective products we will repaired, changed or refund at no cost to the buyer.

Defects caused by negligence, shock, improper use, or normal wear and tear, will not be covered under the warranty.
