Sometimes things do not go as expected ... But for those situation, our post sales department is here to help you! Its objective is to give, whenever possible, a solution to your problems.

You will find here our forms to process your warranty requests, transport claims, and claims for non-compliance with the order received.

1. Warranty request

All our products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee, which covers any manufacturing defect. Although you always have the possibility to request the guarantee directly from the brand, we can also take care of managing your guarantee request with the brand. Note: the warranty covers products purchased less than 2 years ago against a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not cover a defect caused by misuse or normal wear and tear of the product during use. It will always be the manufacturer who decides whether or not to cover a product under warranty. The manufacturer is the only one who knows the manufacturing and design processes of its products, and who is able to decide if damage is due to a manufacturing defect or misuse. In case of guaranteeing damage, the manufacturer could either replace the product or repair it. In case of repair, please consider that the product can be imobilized the time of the repair.

2. Transport claim

All our shipments are covered by transport insurance. In order to process the insurance, we need a series of essential data. It is very important that you send us this information as soon as possible. If your products has arrived in poor condition, damaged or broken, you must fill out the following form:

3. Unconformed order

We have advanced tools to control the conformity of orders before shipping them. But even so, there may be a human error that causes you to receive a different product than the one you ordered, or you may be missing an item. If this case, fill in the following form:
